WEDGE ACTION GRIPS

Sure Grips Wedge Grips
With Sure Grips, available from BT Technology Inc., you can minimize inaccurate
test results, damaged specimens and test re-starts. These patented grips provide
a slip and creep motion that ensures virtually foolproof static tensile testing. Each
hand assembled grip features smooth lever operation. The spring-loaded positive
gripping action is controlled by dual handle that make specimen insertion a snap for
right or left handed operators. Their light weight makes them easy to install and
remove and may allow load cell reduction when in use. BT Technology Inc offers a
wide variety of Sure grips inserts in a variety of cuts. Each can be changed in
minutes to assure minimum downtime and peak production. A pneumatic option is
also available for each grip size. Mount adapters are available to fit most test
frames.
