Use with AdamLab balances and
moisture balances
PERFORMANCE AND SPECIFICATIONS

The AdamLab printer is a compact thermal printer which is ideally suited for use
with
the Adamab
range of laboratory balances.

There are two versions available:

1. Records date/time plus each individual weight value

2. As above, but also prints out a full statistical analysis of the values whenever
requested by the
operator.

The statistical analysis includes number of values, mean value, standard deviation,
sum of all
values, minimum, maximum, etc. The printer is controlled direct fom the balance
and
is supplied
with an RS-232 connector which enables it to be linked right away to the ADA,
ADP
and ADG
balances as well as the AMB moisture balances. As a general purpose printer it
can
be used with
any RS-232 interface.

Used with the ADA anlytical balances and ADP 3-decimal place balances the
AdamLab printer
will also record full calibration details in compliance with GLP requirements.
When used with the AMB moisture balance the printer will record the % loss in
weight at each
preselected interval and at the conclusion of the test prints a record of the test
parameters, as
well as time and date.

PERFORMANCE AND SPECIFICATIONS

The density determination kit includes everything needed to carry out precise and
repeatable
density measurement using AdamLab ADA analytical or ADP three place top
loading balances.

This includes:

. Suspended weighing cradle to replace the standard pan
. Independent support for the beaker of fluid
. Glass beaker
. Thermometer with clip for suspension in the fluid
. Glass sinker of known volume for determination of fluid density

The sample is quickly and easily weighed in air and whilst immersed in the fluid
without the need
to rearrange the apparatus. The current AdamLab ADA and ADP three place
balances can be
supplied with software to take the user through the density determination
programme, including
temperature compensation. The balance will automatically compute the density and
display the
result in gm/cm.
