• A Steel Framework Table supporting one Test Station with Adjustable Legs for
  leveling the device
• Aluminum Modular Test Box Assembly
• 12″ X 12″ Test Area (Samples up to 18″ long)
• Up to 11cm Profile Height (per CEN/ISO)
• Platen Removal Assist Device can be adjusted to allow sample loading from the downstream end Aluminum platen w/sealing mechanism activated during measurement to control fugitive flow (with mating radii on upstream bridge plate and platen to enhance sealing)
• Upstream head reservoirs w/adjustable head tube -Downstream reservoirs w/profile threshold
• Manometers to indicate gradient with ports in the test box and upstream and downstream reservoirs (mm or 0.1″) gradient (gradient measured via sight manometer with scale (0.0″ or 1.0 mm resolution)
• Circulation systems for each device including pump throttle valve, plastic catch tank and hoses (Circulation system is not used to circulate in CEN/ISO testing water can be pumped to a stilling tank for gravity feeding to system.)
• Compressive loads from 250 to 5,000, 10,000psf or 500 to 20,000* ,30,000**, 40,000***, or 50,000**** psf using a multi-stage linear air system to deliver and maintain the Compressive Load (0 to 130-psi shop air req.)
• Force indicated with a 5,000, 10,000, 20,000*, 30,000**, 40,000, or 50,000*** lb load cell and a panel meter with a tare feature (0.25% F.S. accuracy). Can be scaled in kPa, N, psi, psf
